Modex Guesthouse is a 20-bed transit guesthouse available for our clients situated a few meters from both the Lagos International and local airport. The guesthouse is equipped with all amenities required to make our clients comfortable.

Our restaurant gives you amazing choices of both local and international dishes with enticing deserts while Modex lounge is an exquisite and exclusive lounge, sports and karoke bar available to our in-house guest and a few selected exclusive individual clients.
Spa & Gym
Modex Spa & Gym offers top class treatments in our fully equipped facility that help you unwind and rejuvenate your body in a soothing and tranquil environment. Our well trained therapists are available to help you recapture your sense of youth with our massages, body indulgence, facial treatment, wax experience, slimming and sculpting treatments.
Conference, Meeting & Training Room
Our 20-man executive training & conference room is fully furnished equipped with modern conferencing facilities such as, video conference unit, electronic boards, LCD projector etc.
Power
We also have a good primary source of power from our privately owned transformer which is supported by 2 No. 150KVA and 100KVA soundproof generators.
Security
24hour security by a reputable security company as well as regular patrol of a team of armed police provides adequate security for our guests to have their peace of mind while with us.

We are pleased to introduce to you ModexPhc, a corporate guesthouse and exclusive business lounge and spa located in the GRA Port Harcourt.
Our modern and well equipped facility which is located at No. 2 Professor Abowei Street, GRA Phase II boasts of the following amenities to make our clients comfortable.
Modex Lounge:
